So I'm gonna paraphrase a comment I made, but also expand on it...
The timeline is kinda wonky, but I'm gonna try to spell things out and maybe we'll find some connections. We now know Ali was 1 when Charles went to Radley, meaning Jason was 7, and Charles was 8? --- This kinda confuses me, more on this below --- ANYWAYS, assuming the 6 years difference,Charles left Radley when he was 16 (died or left some other way). So Ali was 6 and Jason was 13 when Charles left? So this is before the girls even met. Bethany was 8 at that age... While Bethany could have been at Radley at this point, she would have been pretty young and it's unlikely she and Charles were close with such a big age gap. Also, Charles left before the girls even met... why torture all of them? What could they all have done to deserve it when they didn't hang out?
Moving on... Marion Cavanaugh went into Radley when the girls were like 13, right? So no overlap there with Charles... She and Bethany could have a connection though. Jason and his friends were doing the NAT club starting shortly after Charles "died." I wonder if there is a connection there.
I guess I'm trying to think of all the big mysteries in Rosewood and how they might be related. Seriously, why torture all the girls if they hadn't met before Charles "died"? Again, what could they have done to deserve it? Even more so, why KILL all the members of the NAT club BUT torture the girls? Both are punishments, but very different kinds. Ugh. Maybe the whole confusing timeline thing is a ploy to make the mystery harder to solve.
Anyways, please let me know if this sparks any ideas and theories. Also, if I got any info wrong, definitely let me know.

This kinda goes off on its own thing so I didn't want to include it too much above, but back to the timing thing about Jason and the girls... The NAT Club timing kinda confuses me because I thought Ali was starting to date Ian towards the end of the NAT Club, meaning Ali was 14 or 15... so Jason (and Ian and Garret) had to be 20ish. So did the NAT Club extend to college? Also, I could have sworn the girls were hanging out when Jason was still living at home, so did Jason live at home during college? At the same time, the girls are still in high school, and Jason and the others were definitely beyond college. And if you look at Jason's page on this wikia, it explains a 2005 high school year book, and suggests Jason is currently 24. Perhaps I am I reading to much into this and it's just poor writing? It's possible these specifics don't matter, but I dunno. The writers should release an official graphical timeline.

I mean Alison was pretending to be older than she was and Aria told her own lie when she pretend to be at college when she meet Ezra, I don't remember if she mentions what age she was when she lied.

I thought Jason and Alison were 7 years apart... If Alison was 11 months when Charles was sent to Radley, Jason was about 8 years old and Charles was 9 or 10 (depending on which month he was born). If he died/escaped/disappeared at age 16 then Jason would have been 14 or 15 and Alison would have been about 7. The flashback where she finds two yellow dresses in the piano could be right around that time. But clearly the dresses would have been too small for Charles so the question of who the other dress was for is still a mystery...

And the girls are 17/18 now so that would make Jason 24 or 25 (again depending on month of birth) and Charles would be 26 or 27.

This is what I posted back in March before Charles was introduced, oh in Rosewood it is not summer yet because graduation hasn't happened yet:
I think many of the ages or birthdates on the character pages is wrong. Maybe because of what is from the books and also even though the show has been on since 2010 it has only been like 3 years in Rosewood time. As far as a timeline goes ...
Charles was born in 1985.
Jason was born in 1986.
Melissa was born in 1986.
Bethany was born in 1992, but was given up for adoption to Mr. & Mrs. Young.
Alison was born in 1995.
Spencer was born in 1995.
Charles went to Radley in 1996, and the DiLaurentis family moved to Rosewood then.
Then, Charles committed suicide in 2001 at the age of 16.
I can make a more in-depth timeline, but that's the basics of what we know as of last night.

I agree. Why are these girls being tortured and the NAT club was killed? Like instead of introducing new characters like Charles who isn't even A, start answer old questions. Like who killed Marion?Who killed Maya? Why is Jenna, Noal, and Melissa always seem like they play on A's side?

how come charles radley record only frrom 13 to 16 did he go to radley at age 13 then that would make Alison 6 and Jason12

maybe he lived at carol's house till age of 13, but carol died so he had to move to radely

That's not possible, because Carol died when the girls were in 10th grade, so they were 15-16, so Charles (if alive) was 23-24.
